When you purchase your boat

We water-test every new boat before delivery to ensure proper set-up and operation. As a Norton’s Dry Dock customer, you’ll be completely confident that your new boat will run smoothly so you can enjoy your time on the water!

All Norton’s Dry Dock customers get an "on the water" demonstration at the time of pick-up or delivery of their new boat. One of our knowledgeable staff members will take you for a ride in your new boat, explaining features and answering any questions you may have about its operation and handling. At this time, we will also provide basic boating safety instruction so that you’ll leave feeling completely comfortable with your purchase.

Those who purchase a boat in the off-season do not need to worry – we will still provide the same outstanding service. We’ll store your boat for free until boating season, and then we’ll bring it out, take you for a test drive and make sure it’s ready to go.
